AQS provides consulting services to assure that our clients will establish and maintain air-related environmental compliance in a manner that promotes maximum allowed operational flexibility.

We have successfully completed projects in both the utility and industrial sectors.

Our experience and capabilities include:

• Permit Applications, including, but not limited to: Construction/Installation; Modification; Operation and Renewal. We have successfully completed hundreds of permit applications ranging from single-source registrations through Title V.

• Preparation of air emission inventories.

• Compliance Review & Applicability Determinations (including MACT and NESHAPS standards, PSD and NSR)

• MACT Compliance

• BACT Analysis

• New Facility Environmental Site Review

• Regulatory Liaison and Assistance with Enforcement Issues

• Advisory (e.g. prepared local Emergency Reduction Plan and submitted to the state regulatory agency. Collected data for the 1986 state implemented studies of fugitive dust and toxic substances. Instrumental in the development of software to account for real-time usage of acid rain allowances, to predict allowance consumption and to estimate costs).
