Permitting

Construction or expansion of an industrial facility, or modification of operations will likely trigger air quality permitting requirements. Federal permitting programs such as Title V and PSD/NSR (including BACT and LAER determinations) can include emissions inventories, GEP evaluations, air quality analyses (including dispersion modeling, ambient air quality & meteorological monitoring), and regulatory applicability analysis.

We have successfully completed hundreds of permit applications ranging from single-source Registrations through Title V/PSD in both utility and industrial sectors.

Compliance Assistance

AQS assists facilities in determining applicable environmental regulations (e.g., NSPS, MACT, NESHAP standards) and aid in the development of policies, procedures, and programs to ensure facility compliance. Additionally, we support our clients in the submittal of required compliance reports and compliance assurance statements.
